General Trouble Shooting (Fault Finding)

20191121  

Q: Units with GSM module version 4.4 does not report airtime or stops responding thereafter.

A: Wait for 5 min or longer for unit to time-out and to restart or manually re-power. Retry sending a general request 1234 r. If the unit replies then send 1234 WC only once. 

(The wait call bit is set and should not be set - this affects the airtime function)
